SKYPE BILLING RELATED ISSUES - Gte Free Support

We receive many emails and calls from customers across the globe related to Skype charging payments for the reasons unknown to them

Issue 1) Skype deducting money from Credit Card every month

Issue 2) Paypal sending emails regarding Skype Charge

Step 1) Call your Bank and ask for the refund and advise them to put a temporary hold on the account

Step 2) Check all previous emails that you have received from skype in your Email Search box

Step 3) Try running a Virus Scan or Anti Spy scanner

Step 4) Try contacting Skype Customer Service team - unfortunately Skype doesnt provide Phone Support directly
