GfxUI has stopped working

This is definitely a Graphics driver issue, you should either repair it or update it.

Below are the steps that can help you to repair or update the Drivers.

Right Click My Computer, Click Properties and Go to the Device Manager

And right click the Graphic Card

Failed to connect to a window service

Symptoms:

  • Slow Start up time
  • Slow Shut Down
  • Slow Windows Boot
  • Too much to load the windows

Solution:

  • Go to run command
  • Services.msc
  • Windows Error Reporting Service - Should be Restarted or To Start it

Accepting Credit Cards & Debit Cards

Solution For Tech has been receiving customers feedback from a very long time to accept the payments via credit cards and debit cards over the Phone and Internet.

SFT Accounts and Finance team was working on it to get the right solution from last 3 months. Hard work finally paid off - SFT management has introduced a payment system through which customer can make the payment over the phone or over the internet by using Visa, Master, Amex, etc...

SFT team has also made a provision for the customer to authorize Solution For Tech to charge their payment once they receive the Support Services and they are fully satisfied with it.

Customers now have the provision to make the payment in Multiple Currencies EURO, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD etc. (w.e.f from 11th April 2012).

Thanks to the payment partners to work closely with SFT team to introduce Dynamic Currency Converter that can let system to manage Exchange rates between Multiple Currencies. Below we have drawn the process flow for the customers to understand how they can make the payment to the Solution For Tech and also how they would receive the Service from the Computer Technicians

Process To Make the Payment Over The Phone (Inbound):

1) Customer will give SFT a Call
2) Team will diagnose the issue
3) Team will take the credit card or debit card details from the customer for the price specified
4) Technical team will start resolve the customers computer problems
5) After completion of the work, customer will be called to know if the problem has been fixed or not or if they want to give any feedbacks
6) After knowing customers satisfaction our payment processing team will charge the customer
7) Customer can notify the team within 5 days of providing the service, if the problem still exist so that it can be taken care of, if it cannot then SFT will refund the entire money except the Software Cost and any Shipping cost incurred
