Failed to connect to a window service

Symptoms:

• Slow Start up time
• Slow Shut Down
• Slow Windows Boot
• Too much to load the windows

Solution:

• Go to run command
• Services.msc
• Windows Error Reporting Service - Should be Restarted or To Start it
